The type of personal information we collect 

We currently collect and process:

  • names and contact details

  • customer billing details in order to process our invoices

  • website user stats in order to improve the content and appeal of our website.

We may also keep brief notes on individuals for the following reasons:

  1. in order to brief other members of the Play4Real team on behaviours and attitudes related to our contract, so that our colleagues are equipped with a full understanding of context and expectations; 

  2. in cases where managers have asked us to provide them with feedback, having worked with their delegates; 

  3. where those individuals might feasibly make future use of our services, in order to assist us in measuring progress and assessing needs for revisiting session content after a gap.

 

How we get the personal information and why we have it

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you as a result of your interest in our services, or ours in yours.  We also receive personal information indirectly, from social media and websites where such information is published.  We use the information that you have given us in order to discuss ways in which Play4Real can help you or you might help us - including the publication of client testimonials on this website, on social media and in our marketing materials.

 

We may share this information with the other organisations or individuals we may need to approach in order to gather a suitable team to carry out a contract, or to pass on a recommendation of a client's products or services wherever there might be genuine interest (we do not make a charge for this).

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored.  

 

We may keep personal information until such time as:

(a) our services are no longer potentially of use to the individual or organisation; or 

(b) their services are no longer of interest to us; or

(c) we are specifically asked to erase such information, for legitimate reasons, by its owner.

We will then dispose of that information by deleting it from our system, together with all backups.
